Monica Randall

Monica began her career in real estate sales with Century 21 in Washington Twp., Michigan.  She went on to join Gem Homes, LLC in Shelby Twp., Michigan as office manager and lead sales person.  Having both a builder license and new construction sales license allowed her to work closely with clients to customize their plans and truly build the home of their dreams.  As office manager her responsibilities included preparing contracts, addendums and approving change orders while also ensuring that the day to day business operation ran smoothly.  Working with contractors, banks and title companies gave her the ability to assist her clients on many levels as they made their way through the stresses of building a new home.

When Monica and her husband Tom moved to the Kansas City area to be closer to their family she also made a career change.  After obtaining the necessary licensing, she joined State Farm as an insurance producer, working with clients to fund the best possible solution for their insurance needs.  She later joined New York Life as Director of Recruiting, using her knowledge of the industry to help individuals seeking a career change see the value and importance of a financial services career.

Currently Monica is Director of Personnel for Retirement Concepts Group, LLC.  Her responsibilities include assisting with daily office administration while continuing to work with those seeking a career change.

Monica and her husband live in Parkville, MO.  She is an avid golfer, appreciates a good book, and enjoys preparing favorite recipes for family and friends.
